Who doesn’t want a nice toned stomach?! I know I do! Abs are by far my favorite muscle group to work on. Something about that after burn of doing ab exercises gets me going. With bathing suit season right around the corner, I wanted to share some of my favorite ab exercises. These work for both men and women, for individuals of any age. No weights required, although if you want to step it up a notch I have noted the ones that weights can be added too (the ones with an asterisk *). The great thing about these workouts is that you can do them right in your living room, so no excuses!
Note: I have linked how-to’s to each workout in case you’re not sure how to do them.
- 2 sets of 50 Russian Twists*
- 2 sets of 30 Bicycle Crunches
- 2 sets of 1 min Planks
- 1 set of Side Crunches* (each side)
- 1 sets of 10 Runners Crunches* (each side)
Feel free to change up the amount of sets and reps. Do what works best for you!
